Červený Jelen
Červený Jelen, or “Red Deer,” is a distinctive restaurant located in Prague’s historic Špork Palace. Housed in a former Anglo-Austrian bank building designed by architect Josef Gočár, the venue features a unique interior with a towering beer tank installation spanning three floors. The restaurant offers modern Czech cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Marek Fichtner, including dishes like Wagyu steaks prepared on an American “Inferno” grill and traditional venison tenderloin with dumplings. Guests can enjoy a warm and energetic atmosphere, exceptional grill and à la carte dishes, perfect beer, and quality wines.
