Alma Wines is a wine shop and distributor based in Prague, specializing in wines from small, family-owned wineries across Europe. Their philosophy is rooted in deep respect for nature, the land, and human craftsmanship. They carefully select wines that are authentic, vibrant, and made with minimal intervention – just as nature intended.

Their portfolio features exceptional bottles from the Czech Republic, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, and other countries. They avoid the label “natural wine,” as it lacks a clear legal definition – instead, they focus on genuine quality, ecological principles, and minimal interference both in the cellar and in the vineyard.

You can purchase their wines online or visit their brick-and-mortar shop in the center of Prague (V Jirchářích 150/8), where the team is happy to offer advice, tastings, and guide you through the world of living wines.

Alma Wines is part of the broader family of KRO and Alma businesses, united by a shared commitment to sustainability, honesty, and high-quality ingredients. In addition to wine sales, they also host tastings and educational events focused on topics such as spontaneous fermentation, sulfites in wine, and natural farming.
