Eska/ Letná

Eska Letná offers its signature sourdough breads, including “Chleba 33” and “Chleba 66,” along with a variety of sweet pastries such as loupáky, koláče, buchty, and kremrole. The bakery also serves specialty coffee from the Liberec-based roastery Nordbeans. In addition to baked goods, Eska Letná features a retail section offering products from local farms, including Kubát eggs, Amaso sausages, and cheeses from Farma Struha. The establishment operates primarily as a bakery with a limited menu of simple breakfasts and light snacks centered around their bread, paired with butter, cheese, ham, and eggs. A notable addition is soft-serve ice cream inspired by Eska’s tvarohová buchta. The opening of this branch followed a five-year search for a suitable location, culminating in a space that accommodates their wood-fired oven’s requirements.
