Gran Fierro
Gran Fierro is an Argentine restaurant located in Prague’s New Town district. Established by Buenos Aires native Juan Cruz Pacin, the restaurant offers an authentic Argentine dining experience in the heart of Europe.
In 2020, Gran Fierro relocated to its current address, with the interior designed by the Czech architecture studio Formafatal. The design emphasizes raw materials like steel and leather, combined with darker colors, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A notable feature is the “wall of charcoal,” symbolizing the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability. Gran Fierro produces its own bio-charcoal from kitchen organic waste, reflecting its dedication to environmental responsibility.
Gran Fierro’s menu showcases traditional Argentine cuisine, with a focus on high-quality steaks. Signature dishes include the Gran Fierro Burger served with fries, homemade fig ravioli, grilled octopus with saffron sauce, and renowned steaks. For dessert, options like crepes filled with caramel are available, complemented by a selection of fine wines.
