Hadog opened as a spin-off of the very first burger restaurant founded back in 2012, out of founder Patrik Habart's pure enthusiasm for burgers rather than any chain or franchise behind it. Everything is made from fresh, non-frozen ingredients — 100% Czech beef from a local butcher, buns baked daily by a local bakery, and homemade sauces — with the motto "we don't lie to you in the photos" guiding it from day one.
