The Artisan is a modern, sustainability-focused restaurant and bar built around Czech cuisine, working almost exclusively with farmers and suppliers within 200 km of the city and following the seasons closely. Chef David Rejhon runs an open kitchen where diners can watch dishes come together, and the menu spans breakfast, lunch and dinner, a three-course evening tasting menu finished tableside, and a popular Sunday buffet brunch with live music.
